Welcome

Welcome to my blog. I’ve been meaning to start one on my site for a while now but didn’t get a chance until this Labor day weekend to really move forward on this. I’m using WordPress and the installation was surprisingly easy, just fill out a web form and press a few buttons. I spent much more time thinking about the design and layout. So far, I’m very impressed with WordPress and Thesis (the theme I’m using).

I have a number of articles and equipment reviews in the tech section on BayImages.net and I’m planning to move them here. I’m hoping WordPress is going to make it much easier to maintain my content and encourage me to write more. WP is also going to allow my readers to post questions and comment — I’ve been very bad about updating my articles/reviews in response to email questions.
