McWay Cove is located in Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and is approximately 37 miles south of Carmel. The cove is famous for the McWay Falls, which is one of only two waterfalls in California that flow directly into the Pacific Ocean. The falls are approximately 80 feet high and can be seen via a short trail that runs from the visitor parking lot. There are 12 photos of the McWay Cove falls on this page.
