Zion National Park

Utah, United States

Photos of Zion National Park. Zion National Park is located in the Southwest corner of Utah, and is adjacent to the small town of Spingdale. The park itself is a visual wonder, with many fantastic views. Coming from the east entrance one will travel through the Zion Plateau with its beautiful but harsh sandstone landscapes. The most popular section of the park, Zion Canyon, was created by the Virgin River carving and eroding away the rock bed. Within the canyon, there are several areas such as the Emerald Pools, Weeping Rock, and the Temple of Sinawava that should be visited.
