The War Memorial of Korea was opened in 1994 in the Yongsan area of Seoul, South Korea. Much of the grounds are devoted to a museum depicting the history of combat in South Korea. There are more than 13,000 artifacts on display. Outside, much larger military equipment is on display, including planes, artillery, tanks and boats.
